Rachel looked at the one picture she had, old and tattered of baby Jimmy, taken at the CAS (Children’s aid society) office the day she’d relinquished him it had been baby Jimmy’s first birthday; leaving him had been harder than she’d ever dreamt. “He was such a good baby; and so little…”Surely, it was the the right thing to do, wasn’t it? In 1990 Rachel went to Turner Valley, Alberta, to help in the YWAM teaching center. She loved serving people – serving the LORD. Everything she did now was for the love of Jesus: making beds, cleaning rooms, attending to visitors.
